WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. TMT IS FOR YOU.

Trauma is a subjective experience, and how each person defines the word "trauma" will vary. Not one of us is immune to hardship, misfortune, suffering, agony, pain, hurt, distress, anguish, or injury. Most of us feel the effects of trauma in the same way. If you experience something really hard and disruptive, it is likely you will experience some of these issues: intrusive thoughts, hyperarousal, emotional numbness, mood swings, trust issues, attachment disruption, avoidance, physical pain, sleep issues, or health issues. TMT doesn't decide what is traumatic, and we don't discriminate on who is deserving of trauma treatment. If you found something to be traumatic, we are here to help you heal from it.

The Billion-Person Crisis

The Billion-Person Crisis

According to the WHO, more than 1 billion people worldwide are currently living with a mental health condition, with anxiety and depressive disorders tracking as the most prevalent.

The Mental Health-Substance Overlap

The Mental Health-Substance Overlap

Coping mechanisms are heavily tied to biological distress. Data shows that 34.5% of adults with a mental health condition—and up to 47.3% of those with serious mental illness—co-currently navigate a substance use disorder, underscoring the TMT principle that addiction functions as a logical attempt to artificially down-regulate a flooded nervous system.

The Global Exposure Rate

The Global Exposure Rate

70% of adults across six continents have been exposed to at least one potentially traumatic event in their lifetime.

The Interpersonal Trajectory

The Interpersonal Trajectory

Exposure to interpersonal violence (such as childhood abuse or physical assault) carries the strongest statistical association with subsequent, repeated traumatic exposure across a lifespan.

The Burden of Cumulative Trauma

The Burden of Cumulative Trauma

Among those who have experienced trauma, 30.5% have been exposed to four or more distinct traumatic events.

The Global Care Deficit

The Global Care Deficit

In low- and middle-income nations, fewer than 10% of individuals with severe mental health conditions receive any treatment at all. Even in high-income nations, over 50% of adults experiencing a psychiatric condition remain entirely untreated due to provider shortages, financial barriers, and systemic stigma.
