Clinical Bio

I am a final-semester medical student in Uganda with extensive, hands-on clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings. My foundational medical training includes rigorous clinical rotations at Lira Regional Referral, Kiryandongo General, Hoima Regional Referral, Bwera General, and Buhinga hospitals. Beyond my clinical duties, I served as class representative for four semesters, coordinating classroom lectures with clinical duty at the hospital for the entire class. I have also actively contributed to community healthcare by participating in two surgical camps. Complementing my medical education, I have qualified as a Trauma Level 1 Clinician through the TMT program which has broadened the way that I approach all of the patients that I work with.

Your life experiences, challenges, and emotional history matter just as much as your physical symptoms. How I Weave Trauma Model Therapy Into My Practice 

I started to integrate Trauma Model Therapy into my daily medical work by looking beyond a patient's immediate diagnosis to understand their broader life story. My TMT training teaches me that past trauma and chronic stress deeply impact physical health and well-being.
