Clinical Bio

I spent over five years working with individuals in acute crisis before transitioning to a private practice environment, and I've been dedicated to working with trauma survivors in both inpatient and private practice settings since completing my EMDR Basic Training in 2016 and becoming EMDR Certified in 2023. I am currently an EMDR Consultant In Training and enjoy learning about new EMDR approaches to include in therapy sessions. While I specialize in trauma therapy, I also work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders and issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

At its foundation, Trauma Model Therapy adopts a non-judgmental and objective stance, and it normalizes trauma responses while emphasizing client resilience at each phase of the healing process. These are core values I strive to incorporate into my clinical work to support individuals in their healing journey, and to help them move toward living a life full of meaning and purpose.
